Founder and Maker of Soap Seas
Christina Wennstrom is the founder, owner, and maker of Soap Seas, an all natural soap & bath product business inspired by the Sea in Redondo Beach, California. Soap Seas was founded in 2015.
Since then Christina has worked & collaborated with the Portofino Hotel, Robbins Brothers of Torrance, the SEA Lab & also sells her products in prime locations along the beach cities. She has also expanded her beach brand to Malibu and Santa Barbara. Christina has donated to local charities such as Walk with Sally, Jimmy Miller Memorial Foundation, Torrance Cultural Art Foundation & Surfing 4 A Cure. She is the leader of the Academy of Handmade South Bay Chapter of Los Angeles, a Redondo Beach & Torrance Chamber Member, a volunteer to the Girl Scouts of America, and is active in several community organizations.
In 2016, Christina became a finalist and grant award winner at the Small Indie Business Grant Awards presented by ShopLocal.us. This year she has joined the 2017 Leadership class for the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce. You can find her selling at local festivals & events in the South Bay as well as online at soapseas.com.
The mission of Soap Seas is to spread the playful love of the beach & to nourish the body & soul naturally. Soap Seas product line is entirely inspired by the Sea and the beach community. Each soap & bath product is lovingly handcrafted in small batches to preserve the integrity of the high quality ingredients, handmade in Redondo Beach, California.
